Toxic Chicken comes to us with a fresh bag not of scum but of a dozen songs. They certainly all sound sunny and only rarely scummy, but sometimes they harbour dark themes. There are no threats, however, but just the promise of the purest of tones from analogue synthesisers, which were played with feather-light finesse by Toxic Chicken, with the help of the dextrous digits of digital sequencers to get the grooves going. Scum dancing!
